Motor Protection Circuit Breaker Operating Conditions

When selecting a Motor Protection Circuit Breaker (MPCB), it is crucial to consider the environment it will operate in to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Our MPCBs are designed to perform reliably in a variety of conditions:

Temperature Range: These breakers maintain efficiency between -5°C and +40°C. To guarantee long-term effectiveness, the average temperature within a 24-hour period should not surpass +35°C.

Altitude Tolerance: Our Motor Circuit Protectors (MPCB) operate flawlessly at altitudes up to 2000m, ensuring protection in diverse installations.

Humidity Regulation: In environments where they're mounted, relative humidity shouldn't exceed 50% at the highest temperature of +40°C. However, a Motor Starter Protector can withstand higher humidity, up to 90% at a cooler +20°C.

Pollution Grade Adaptability: With a pollution grade of III, our MPCBs are robust enough to handle industrial environments prone to moderate levels of dirt and pollutants.

Release Grade Specifications: Offering a 10A release grade for models CS2-32 and CS2-80, ensuring our circuit breakers meet Motor Protection Circuit Breaker sizing requirements for a variety of motor applications.

Operational Rating: Rated for continuous operational systems, they are built for enduring performance without interruption.

Mounting Guidelines: For the most stability, our MPCBs should be installed with a maximum of 5° tilt from the vertical plane. The installation site should be devoid of excessive shock, impact, or vibrations to guarantee a reliable Motor Protection Control Device.

Optimized operation and motor safety are the cornerstones of our MPCB electrical designs, providing a dependable solution for your motor circuit protection needs.
